Pigmnt ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by BenjaDev, an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Pigmnt iOS application.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services:

• Email address — If you create an account, we collect your email for authentication purposes via Supabase.
• Apple ID information — If you choose Sign in with Apple, we receive the information you authorize Apple to share (which may include your email or a private relay email).
• Color palettes — Palettes you create and save are stored in the cloud to enable syncing across your devices.
• Subscription data — Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat and Apple. We do not store your payment information.

Guest Mode

You can use Pigmnt without creating an account. In guest mode, no personal information is collected or stored. Your palettes are saved locally on your device only and are not synced to the cloud.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and provide access to the app
• To sync and store your saved color palettes across devices
• To manage your subscription status
• To respond to support requests

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security including encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Authentication and database storage
• RevenueCat — Subscription management
• Apple App Store — Payment processing and Sign in with Apple
• OpenAI — AI-powered text-to-palette generation (text prompts are sent to OpenAI for processing; no personal data is included)

We do not use any third-party analytics services. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your saved palettes
• Use the app in guest mode without providing personal data

Children's Privacy

Pigmnt is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
