The short version

Pigmnt runs entirely on your iPhone. There are no accounts, no servers of ours, and no analytics. We do not collect your personal information, because there is nowhere for it to go.

Introduction

Pigmnt ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by BenjaDev, an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how the Pigmnt iOS application handles your information.

Information We Collect

None. Pigmnt does not ask for an email, does not offer sign-in, and does not create a profile for you. Specifically:

  • Color palettes — Palettes you generate and save are stored locally on your device only. They are never uploaded anywhere.
  • Text prompts — What you type to generate a palette is processed on-device by Apple Intelligence. Your prompts are not sent to us or to any AI provider of ours.
  • Photos — When you extract colors from a picture, the image is read on-device and never leaves your phone. Pigmnt only accesses the photo you choose.
  • Purchase data — If you buy Pigmnt Pro, the purchase is handled by Apple and validated through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier for your device. We never see or store your payment information.

Analytics & Tracking

Pigmnt contains no third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs and no tracking of any kind. We do not sell, trade or share data with anyone, because we do not have any to share.

Third-Party Services

  • Apple App Store — Payment processing for the one-time Pro purchase.
  • RevenueCat — Validates that purchase and lets you restore it on a new device.

Your Data, Your Device

Because everything lives on your iPhone, you are in full control: deleting a palette removes it, and deleting the app removes everything Pigmnt ever stored. There is no account for us to close and no server-side copy for you to request.

Children's Privacy

Pigmnt is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
